The tower breaks away from the typical "glass box" aesthetic by integrating natural textures and greenery. Key Features Hybrid Facade: The exterior features a striking combination of sleek blue glazing, warm wood-effect cladding, and decorative white perforated screens (reinterpreting traditional Mashrabiya patterns).
